Returns

We accept returns on all eligible products within 30 days of purchase. To qualify for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original packaging.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Please Note:

  • Opened or partially used products are not eligible for a return unless they arrived damaged or defective.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately at info@omgrowncbd.com with a photo of the item. We’ll happily replace the product or issue a full refund.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace a product, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.


Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your product unless it arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
